Hoel's Indian Shop

About 10 miles north of the famous red rocks of Sedona, Hoel's Indian Shop lies nestled in the "Heart of Oak Creek Canyon."™ Established in 1945, his small family owned shop has become a favorite among Indian Art collectors because of their dedication and commitment to buying and selling only handmade art purchased directly from the artists.

Hoel's Indian Shop carries jewelry from contemporary artists such as Carl Clark, Cheryl Yestewa, Ron Henry, David and Alice Lister and Dee Nez, in addition to old pawn. They also have a fine selection of new and old Zuni fetishes and Kachina dolls purchased directly from the Hopi artists. They carry pottery from Santa Clara, San Ildefonso, Hopi, Jemez, Cochiti and Acoma Pueblos as well as fine Navajo rugs and handmade baskets from various pueblos.

In 1983, Don Hoel's grandson Dave Watters and his wife Carol moved to Oak Creek to run the business.  They would like to invite you to drive 10 miles up beautiful Oak Creek Canyon and visit "Hoel's Indian Shop" where you will see the finest collector quality handmade Indian art.

Normal hours are 9:30-5:00 everyday. We do recommend you call us at 928.282.3925 before driving up to make sure we are open. Visit our website at HoelsIndianShop.com or email us at quality@hoelsindianshop.com.
